Payment

Face and Body Balance accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, and ApplePay. 

Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item has been shipped.

All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.

Face and Body Balance uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Face and Body Balance delivers with Shipmondo. Delivery time is 1-3 business days. We deliver to Denmark.

When the package has been delivered to Postnord and GLS

Face and Body Balance disclaims all responsibility for the package once it has been shipped from our premises and all responsibility for you receiving your package once it has been handed over to Postnord or GLS, but we are happy to help track and locate your package.

Complaint to Postnord or GLS

If you have not received your order, you can complain to Postnord by calling 70707030 or contacting them via chat on their app and website.

If you have not received your order, you can complain to GLS by calling 76 33 11 11.

Unclaimed parcels or refused delivery

From January 1, 2020, new shipping rules have come into effect, whereby companies must pay for return shipping in the event of refusal of delivery or if you, as a customer, do not collect your package from the parcel shop you have chosen for delivery.

Therefore, it is no longer possible to cancel your purchase by refusing delivery or not picking up the package at the parcel shop.

In this case, we reserve the right to deduct the fee + shipping costs for returning the package from the amount paid, regardless of whether you ordered within the free shipping rate or not, before the money is returned to you. The remaining amount will appear in your bank account after 3-5 banking days.

Reservation of amounts

When using payment cards, both debit and credit, the amount of the transaction is reserved. This amount is reserved until the online store has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the money is debited from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.


Authorization on debit cards

With a debit card, you will see that the money has been reserved in your account and that your available balance will be lower. If you or the online store subsequently cancel your order, the online store will not be able to withdraw the money, but the reservation will remain in place for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.


Credit card authorization

The money will first be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.



You can choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery."



You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.


Face and Body Balance is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer.


Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.


The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.


You are responsible for any return shipping costs.


Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation.


Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to kontakt@Face and Body Balance.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.


Condition of goods upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means that you may try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.


If the item has been tried out beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Face and Body Balance

to assess the condition of the goods.


Right of complaint

A two-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with Danish sales law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.


Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Face and Body Balance within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. 
A maximum of two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.


The complaint shall lapse in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.


The company name covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; it is only stored in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.


In order for you to enter into an agreement with Face and Body Balance, we require the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.


Personal data is registered with Face and Body Balance and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.


When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always takes place with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what data is collected and why.


The director and employees of Face and Body Balance have access to the information recorded about you.

Appeal options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via the Nævnenes Hus Complaints Portal. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if no solution can be found, you can submit your complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.


As a general rule, in order to file a complaint, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits are subject to change. You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed.

Delivery

Right of complaint

A two-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the products/services. Face and Body Balance will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

The right to complain does not cover faults, damage, or wear and tear arising directly or indirectly from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized tampering.

The invoice must be presented to Face and Body Balance in connection with the complaint.

Any complaints regarding defects in delivered products must be made to Face and Body Balance within a reasonable time after the Buyer has or should have discovered the defect, otherwise the Buyer loses their right to invoke the defect.

If you purchase cosmetics or beauty products online, you generally do not have the right to try the products and later change your mind. Therefore, we do not accept cosmetics that have been opened or used, as this is quite irresponsible due to the risk of bacterial growth.

If the item is broken, it cannot be exchanged due to use or direct contact with the product.

If the packaging and product are untouched, the item can be exchanged within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

We offer a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. Notification must be given by email to anjaroegind@gmail.com. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. 

Condition of the item when you return it

The packaging and product must be unbroken and intact.
We do not accept returns where the packaging is broken or the product has been opened.

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors, errors on the website, errors in specifications or prices resulting from failure to update the website, as well as price changes, exchange rate changes and sold-out items.
